"Dr. Frederick did an amazing job on my extraction! All of the ladies in the office and the nurses were SO kind. I was in and out within an hour. I also really appreciate Dr. Frederick listening to my concerns about my past reactions to sedation (when I had my wisdom teeth out years ago). With the info I gave him, he changed some medications for me and my recovery has been so much smoother this go around. Highly recommend! Also, Dr. McIlwain removed my wisdom teeth years ago and he was just as wonderful!"

"9 months ago we had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. McIlwain. He barely spoke to us when he walked in the door, was unfriendly when he did, didn't want to answer questions, and even got up and walked out on us mid-conversation and never came back. Today we went and he was nice, friendly, joked around, told us stories about his childhood and was like a totally different person. I was shocked. I don't know which side of him is normal, but he was very nice today and we had a fine experience. Maybe he just had a bad day last time, I don't know. I had never had a doctor be so rude to me before the first time we went, but today was fine. The office staff were fine both times."
