"I was there in, I believe June of 2024 to have all my bottom teeth surgically removed so I could have a denture plate put in from Mcleary & Almon. Dr. Frederick explained everything to me on the 1st visit. He looked at the condition of my teeth, which were in bad shape and told me what he thought needed to be done. I made the appt. for the procedure, Dr. Frederick came in, he made sure that I was completely comfortable and that I understood everything that he was going to do. The nurse inserted the IV in my arm and shortly after I was out. I don't remember how long I was out. I remember waking up and not really feeling any pain throughout my healing process. Dr. Frederick in my opinion is one of, if not the best oral surgeon you could get if you need any work done. I have had to shuffle around insurance, but hopefully going back to see him in April for my top teeth."

"as excellent an experience as having a tooth pulled could be! everyone was very nice, including the consult nurse and office people, and dr. frederick is very skilled and kind and explained each step before he did it, which i appreciate. i was locally numbed only and experienced NO pain and have no after effects today, one day post procedure. i am only taking ibuprophen and don't think i need even that, since i have had no pain or swelling, even this am after sleeping all night with no meds. these people know what they are doing!"

My procedure is scheduled March the 3rd and I'm actually excited to get it going and over with. UPDATE: had my surgery today and so far so good. I'm in pain and have some bleeding but that's totally normal. Dr Morris actually just called to check on me 😭 I have never had a Doctor do that. That speaks volumes about him and his care for patients. If you need any kind of oral surgery, come here. They are all amazing."

Within 90 minutes of my initial visit I was in Oral & Facial Surgery, greeted by the kindest staff I have ever encountered. One of the ways he stands by his work ever patient gets a call from him on the day of surgery after his work day to check on his patient. "So far everything has been great. Everyone has been very nice and professional. I have another appointment next week. If I encounter anything negative at that time I will repost. Also, pertaining to the person that left the negative reviews about the staff being unfriendly and only caring about privileged white people. That is not true. They have forms there to fill out if you need credit. This isn't a color thing. Blacks and whites both are tired of hearing color mentioned every time you think you are not treated special. Grow up and act like you have a brain dummy. 2 years later. When I came the last 2 times they charged my insurance and I didn't owe anything. (Great insurance). This time I had a different lady quote me a price and tell me what it would cost out of pocket. I could tell she didn't check with my insurance before giving me a price because her numbers sounded like she had very little knowledge and was only guessing. At first she quoted me $17,000 out of pocket. I told her a coworker had basically the same work done and insurance paid 100%. Then she said either they would owe me some back or I would owe them some more. She must think I'm stupid. The doctor and nurses are great. That one insurance woman is a power hungry know it all. Be careful if she quotes you a price because she will take you for a ride."

"I’d give them 10 stars if I could! My husband had a problem molar in his mouth that he ignored until it began causing him debilitating. They got him scheduled to be seen right away and, thanks to a cancellation, they were able to remove the damaged tooth the very next day. Dr. Morris was awesome. Every single member of his staff is so very kind and compassionate. We were in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes the day of the extraction. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment and will definitely be using them again, should the need arise. ❤️🩹"
"Had two teeth I needed pulled and due to my gag reflex no other place could take me so I was referred. I was shock at how high tech their equipment was compared to most other dentist or oral surgery offices I had been in including UAB whose X-ray machine is the same one I was in ten years ago . This is also the only office to give me a call back to check on me and made sure I left with the tools I needed to clean out the extraction sites . I've had no major pain or swelling , while it did cost more than other places the clean setting and advanced tools that aren't from the 1990s and quality of service made it worth every dollar . Just noticed days later they had fixed an extraction site UAB didn't close up , thank y'all so much ."
